What makes shadow puppetry so engaging?

It’s fun, it’s beautiful, and it’s steeped in cultural history from across the globe. Most of all, it’s all about STORY.

In this workshop we use simple materials: paper, cloth, and light. Participants explore many different approaches and methods to developing and presenting shadow puppetry plays.

The workshop works brilliantly for kindergarten children right through to VCE students. The workshop is excellent for people with disabilities and other marginalised community groups.
